How to register for RSA SecurCare Online access as an RSA NetWitness customer.

RSA NetWitness Customers must register for RSA SecurCare Online

An email was sent on August 1st to all current RSA NetWitness authorized contacts that RSA NetWitness Support will be transitioning from the current Customer Care Portal to RSA SecurCare Online in the next thirty days.  This includes transition of all online Support associated activities including case creation/management, solution/KB searches, and Support engagement.  In order to ensure access and availability of online case management upon cutover to the new site, all customers will need to pre-register for RSA SecurCare Online as well as Online Case Management as soon as possible. 
 
The registration instructions included in the initial email for RSA SecurCare Online are attached to this message.  A secondary email was also sent to each contact which contained a serial number particular to their account and could be used for registration purposes.  Both emails originated from securcare_note@rsa.com on Wednesday, August 1st.  As a reminder, you will need to register for Online Case Management once you've been able to login to RSA SecurCare Online.  Once you've registered for Case Management, you should allow at least one week before receiving your token for access to the Online Case Management system.
 
If you?re having trouble registering to RSA SecurCare Online, requesting case management, or can't find your initial emails, please contact the RSA Customer Support Help Desk at Support@rsa.com or 1-800-995-5095 for assistance.  For NetWitness Support issues, please continue to contact nwsupport@rsa.com or use the Customer Care Portal prior to transition.
