How to Replace an RSA Security Analytics Appliance while Retaining External Storage Data.
Install a replacement RSA Security Analytics appliance while maintaining the external storage from a failed appliance.

Workaround

An RSA Security Analytics appliance that is connected to at least one DAC has been RMAed and must be replaced with a new appliance.

Resolution

Refer to the document entitled RSA Security Analytics Emergency Appliance Recovery Procedure for detailed instructions on performing the replacement.
