How to troubleshoot stale queues and recover data from queues on an RSA Security Analytics Log Collector.

Resolution

The attached document describes the process for checking for stale queues on an RSA Security Analytics Log Collector. If the data in the queue needs to be saved, the document also describes the procedure to save and push it back into the queue.

In order to use the tools mentioned in the documents, the following RPM must be installed on the Log Collector:  nwlogcollectortools-10.4.0.0.13590-5.el6.x86_64.rpm
