Admin user not able to view reports or rules created by users with other roles in RSA Security Analytics 10.6.x.x and above

Issue

By default, rules & reports created by users with roles other than Admin will not be visible in the UI when logged in as Admin user.

The functionality is as per design.  In order to allow the Admin user to view all Reporting Engine objects (rules, reports, charts, etc.), perform the steps below.
  1. Login to the Security Analytics/NWLN UI as an administrative user.
  2. Navigate to Administration -> Services, click on the red Actions button for the Reporting Engine, and select View -> Config.
  3. On the General tab, expand the System Configuration section if necessary.
  4. Enable the checkbox labeled Allow Administrators Full Access and click the Apply button.
