Analysts can't run reports in RSA NetWitness due to permission issue - Reporting Engine

Issue

Analysts can't run reports and are getting a blank page when trying to use broker to run reports.


Cause

Customer didn't grant permission to the users from the reporting engine config page


Resolution

- Go to Administration - Services - Reporting Engine - Config
- In the config page go to Sources choose your service then choose data sources permissions and grant permission to the appropriate roles that the user assigned to.
