Issue

Dashlet shows the error "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action on resource" in RSA NetWitness Platform.

Dashboard

Cause

This error is returned when the NetWitness (NW) user who has added the Dashlet has " No Access" to the Chart or Report that the Dashlet refers to.

Resolution

Add at least the "Read Only" permission to the NW user role for the Chart/Report and check for "Apply Read-only permission to Rules in the Charts" option.
