Dialog windows are not rendering properly in RSA Link when using Google Chrome

Issue

When any dialog windows are displayed within RSA Link (such as when selecting a publish location, sending a direct message to another user, etc.) they are not rendering properly and display a strange pattern of pixelated squares as shown in the screenshot below.

Cause

This issue is actually due to a known issue in Google Chrome and is documented in the following bug report:   770701 - Visual artifact (maze pattern of small squares) when opening bootstrap modal dialog - chromium - Monorail

Workaround

To resolve the issue you must disable hardware acceleration within Google Chrome by performing the steps below.
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to the browser settings page by clicking on the three dot icon in the top-right corner and selecting Settings or by navigating to the following URL:  chrome://settings/
  3. Locate the System section and disable the Use hardware acceleration when available option.
  4. Relaunch Google Chrome to apply the change.

This bug has been flagged with the "will not fix" classification by Google as there is a simple workaround to resolve the issue.
