The error message below is displayed when attempting to register for an RSA Link after entering the required information and clicking the Continue button.
A server error has occurred. Please refer to server logs for more information.

Cause

This issue can occur in rare circumstances if there is an issue with the registration portal.

If you receive this error, please wait a few minutes and attempt to register again.

The root cause of the occurrence on September 26, 2018, was due to a corrupt certificate on the Registration Portal which had to be corrected by IT.
