How to calculate NIC performance on a virtual Decoder

Issue

RSA does not publish specifications for VMware NIC performance, as a NIC by definition on VMware is a software boundary rather than a hardware boundary.
As such, any calculations for NIC performance are entirely dictated by the VWware platform itself.
