How to look up an EMC support case for SAN storages connected to RSA Security Analytics

Resolution

To look up an EMC support case (referred to as a Service Request or SR) for a storage array that is connected to a Security Analytics appliance, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to https://support.emc.com.
2. Search for the 8-digit Service Request number.

Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the Service Request using the URL below.
