How to upgrade the virtual machine to the latest hardware version for NetWitness virtual machines

Issue

NetWitness distributed OVA files in an older virtual hardware version that may not support as many vCPU and other virtual resources required in the customers environment.  This may change in future releases but this is true from versions 10.4 through 10.6.  

The customers will have to manually update the virtual hardware version using the vSphere tools available through that product.
