Internal only: Information about RSA Security Analytics Virtual Log Collector (VLC) download

Issue

When logging into RSA Download Central (DLC), the RSA Security Analytics Virtual Log Collector (VLC) OVA is not available for download for a customer.

Resolution

The License Seed Response group has created a form to allow Customer Support to request the Virtual Log Collector and Virtual SA Server software be made available to the customer’s Download Central accounts.

Note: It is still important to try and make sure Sales follows the correct process with the customer and get a $0 PO.  However, if there are issues with the process it is possible to use this form to make the software available to the customer.

Notes

RSA employees can obtain the VLC OVA from Inside EMC or from the LibHQ repository.
