Issue

RSA Security Analytics appliances intermittently hang during POST with the message "Configuring Memory, Please Wait..." displayed.


Resolution

This is a known issue for Dell appliances.

Since the fix involves to update the Bios, an RMA would be suggested.

Process an RMA and let the RMA team know about the issue.


Notes

The Dell article mentions M/R/Tx10 series but the symptoms seem to be the same.
