NetWitness Node-Z and Node-x Hardware Version Check Probe

Probe: Node-Z Hardware Version Check Probe
Summary: This probe checks for the hardware version of Admin server.

Symptoms: The hardware series s4/s4s has reached the end of life, the system upgrade fails for the hardware version of node is s4/s4s. The probe checks for the hardware version and fails when the hardware version of node is s4/s4s.

The customer can then override the behavior and go ahead with the upgrade if they create the file /etc/netwitness/platform/override_hardware_check on SA and re-run upgrade-cli-client --init to skip the check and proceed.

Summary: This probe checks for the hardware version of all reachable node-x.

Symptoms: The hardware series s4/s4s has reached the end of life, the system upgrade fails the hardware version of node is s4/s4s. The probe checks for the hardware version and fails when the hardware version of node is s4/s4s.

The customer can then override the behavior and go ahead with the upgrade if they create the file /etc/netwitness/platform/override_hardware_check on node-x and re-run upgrade-cli-client --init to skip the check and proceed.
