NetWitness Relay Server test fails in NetWitness 12.X

Issue

The 12.x version of Relay Server fails the Connection test

Cause

This could be due to various issues, such as:

• Host based or external Firewall is blocking port 443 between the Relay Server and Endpoint Hybrid
• Selinux policy on the relay host blocking internal port
• FQDN not resolving
