NetWitness Upgrade Precheck - Orchestration Server Normal Mode Check

Issue

Pre upgrade check tool shows below error for orchestration service.

Resolution

Please follow below steps to bring orchestration server running.

1. Login to NW server SSH.
2. Restart the orchestration server using below command. 3. Run pre upgrade check tool again to see this error fixed now.
