A long time ago, in an Archer far away... RSA created a Regulatory Change Management focused solution (on the 5.x Archer platform).  At the time, it was packaged with 40+ data feeds that referenced freely available RSS feeds offered by government websites or independent agencies.  These were meant as examples that customers could use to quickly prove value with their solution. 

Since that time, RSA has launched numerous Archer platform enhancements and has incorporated Regulatory Change Management into the mainline Regulatory and Corporate Compliance solution.  We've rebranded the use case as Corporate Obligations Management.  We recognize that many of those free feeds may no longer work properly.  Thus, we've undertaken an effort to recreate and recertify the popular free sources that we feel our clients use most.  This is an ongoing effort.  The use case package you can download was offered with version 6.1 of the platform (May 2016).  We only started recreating/recertifying these in the last year (2017/2018).  While the feeds in the use case zip file may still offer some value to clients as examples, you should expect that only the certified ones posted on the RSA Ready and RSA Exchange pages are fully supported and work as advertised.
