The general premise of RSA Ready is that integrations posted by us or our partners are only certified to work with out of box components.  Specific to the RiskLens to RSA Archer integration, alterations can certainly be made to connect RiskLens to a different on-demand application.  To do so, however, would require altering the custom object provided to incorporate the field ID's from the ODA.  The calculations that were created for the Risk Register would also need to be recreated within the ODA.  A knowledgeable administrator with skill in custom development may be able to do that themselves.  Otherwise, our general recommendation is to consider some level of professional services.
