Relay Server test fails in NetWitness 11.x

Issue

The 11.x version of Relay Server fails the Connection test

Cause

This could be due to firewall port 443 not open between the Relay Server and Endpoint Hybrid.
Selinux policy blocking internal port
FQDN not resolving.
