Check the permission of the /tmp directory.
The fneserver is writing files to this directory.
It should have correct permission which is drwxrwxrwt

Resolution

Review the /tmp directory permission and make sure it is set to drwxrwxrwt
If it is not set correctly then you can perform the following command:
#chmod 1777 /tmp
