RSA Netwitness Node-0 Services Status

Issue

NetWitness Platform Node 0 service is inactive.
NetWitness Platform Node 0 service is inactive with an error ‘service is down’.

Resolution

You must restart the inactive service using the following command:

 systemctl restart <service_name>

For example

 systemctl restart rsa-nw-content-server.service
