RSA NetWitness Node X Certificate Check

Issue

Issue with Node X certificates.


Cause

Node X certificates fail if any of the certificates are missing, expired, or invalid issuer type.


Resolution

Do any of the following:

1. If the certificate is already expired, you must refer the below links for resolution:
  • Certificate Recuse

  •  Certificate Re-issue

2. If the certificate is about to expire, you must refer the below link for resolution:

3. Update Root CA (if Root CA is about to expire)

4. If the certificate is missing or invalid, contact RSA Customer Support.
