Unicom HDD Data sanitization process in NetWitness

Issue

After an RMA of a failed disk, the customer might want us to confirm that the data on the faulty disk they are returning will be erased and they might want us to provide them with the official procedure on how Unicom does that.

Resolution

Unicom has provided us with an official document on the HDD Data sanitization process they use. (See attached document).
