RSA Security Analytics, Chrome Slow Responsiveness

Dear RSA Security Analytics Customer,  

 

Summary:

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, is evaluating the abnormally slow responses observed when interacting with Security Analytics using Chrome 44.0.2403.125.

RSA Security Analytics 10.4.x

Recommendation:

RSA suggests customers that have upgraded to Chrome 44.0.2403.125 and are experiencing abnormally slow responses downgrade to previous version. For customers who have not upgraded make sure the automatic update functionality in Chrome is disabled to prevent upgrades to this version. For additional details read KB article 30848 which outlines immediate steps to regain normal connectivity to Security Analytics. RSA will publish further guidance once we have fully addressed the issue.
