Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) offers seamless functionality across the complete lifecycle of a contract - from contract authoring and signature to active in-life management - enabling enterprises to better manage their buy-side and sell-side engagements.

The SirionLabs CLM integration with RSA Archer eliminates functional silos by connecting existing enterprise systems across Integrated Risk Management and Contract Lifecycle Management functions. When a contract is created in the Contracts application within RSA Archer, a trigger is initiated notifying the SirionLabs CLM system to create a Contract Draft Request (CDR) with the necessary data fetched from the RSA Archer contract.
