Summary:

To provide a more robust hosting environment that allows us to more easily expand our future service offerings, we will be migrating our NetWitness Live hosted services to the Cloud services. This migration will be taking place starting July, 27th. As part of this migration, customers will be required to make changes to their network configuration to accommodate new interface IP address that RSA will use. All the URLs will point to the same IP.

IMPORTANT:

• If you have any firewall rules supporting connectivity to either service that specifies the soon-to-be-retired IP addresses, then these, too, will need to be removed or replaced with the new IP addresses either during the migration window or shortly thereafter.
• It is important, however, that customers do not remove or modify their existing network configurations before the migration to ensure continued service.
• If you have connection issues after the cutover please keep in mind that depending on the global DNS name propagation time and your internal DNS servers, this change might take longer than expected.
• You must use the URLs to connect to the NetWitness Live services.
