URL (domain) changes for NetWitness Live Services - NW Update and LiveUI

This announcement is to inform our customers about the change in URLs for the NetWitness Live Services.

The following Live services URLs have been changed:

  • Column 1:

    Service Name

  • Column 2:

    Old URL

  • Column 3:

    New URL




If the old URLs were being directly accessed via a browser for offline software updates and offline Live Content, please begin utilizing the new URLs.

Some customers utilize URL filtering on their firewalls. The use of these new URLs may require that new filtering rules be put in place to allow for proper access. If you are experiencing issues accessing the above new URLs, please check with your network firewall team before opening a NetWitness Support case.

 

The old URLs mentioned above will continue to be accessible until 30th September 2022.

Once again this does not affect the Netwitness UI.
