Resolution

To show what firmware versions are available on a NetWitness appliance, run the following command:

Note: The rsa-sa-tools rpm must be installed for the above command to work.

Running the /opt/rsa/saTools/NwDiskFw/nwUpdateDiskFw.py script will show if a DAC disk firmware update is available. You can then select to not upgrade at this point.
