When exporting RSA Security Analytics report output to csv format, the following error displays:  java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "", as in the screen shot below:

Cause

This error displays in the GUI because the date formatting utility was not thread safe in the code.


Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in 10.5.2.1 as the formatters are made thread safe.
